9/11 Commission
Now, the 9/11 Commission wasn't perfect (***gasp***), but it sure wasn't as bad as David Ray Griffin would have you believe in his article "115 Failures of the 9/11 Commission." Many "failures" are based on false information, and I will list some that we can eliminate right off the bat before we examine the rest in greater detail:
