WTC Kamikaze Bombing Plot
There was a warning about an attack on the WTC using an airplane or airplanes in 1998. Nothing was done by the FBI other than store it in a bombing file for these reasons:
1. The state of Libya aviation program.1
2. Such a flight would have certainly been intercepted before reaching the U.S.A.
How does this stack up against 9/11?
On 9/11 terrorists flew hijacked domestic jets that were not filled with explosives.
The other plot would have been a jet filled with explosives flying across an entire ocean to its target. Yes, there were several instances when it was revealed that terrorists wanted to use planes as weapons, as you will see if you read the 9/11 Joint Congressional Inquiry Report excerpts in the book "The 9/11 Investigations."
Yet, sadly, 9/11 was not prevented for a variety of reasons that cannot be ignored.2
